A French-speaking, super organised problem solving dynamo!
Supporting the set-up, management and maintenance of Skiworld's self-catering and chalet operations in France and Austria. Based in the regional head office in Bourg St Maurice, you'll travel to ski resorts in France and Austria as part of your role.
We are looking to staff this vacancy from mid-October 2022 to mid-May 2023 so you should be available to work throughout this period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Support Manager with the running and management of the self-catering and chalet operations, including managing weekly message schedule, liaising with and acting as a point of contact for any issues that arise
- Monitor and follow up on any maintenance and health & safety issues that may arise, liaising with Maintenance Manager and external suppliers where necessary and assisting with property handovers at the start and end of season.
- Manage the completion of the chalet legalities checklist before the start of the season
- Organise distribution and collection of staff phones, internet and PayPal machines and first aid kits prior to the operational season start
