The Chalet Host at Cold Fusion

As a Chalet Host, you are a true ambassador for Cold Fusion as the face of our company.

You will manage every aspect of the day to day running of the chalet whilst creating a home from home environment for our guests.

You will be in control of chalet cleanliness, including the servicing of bedrooms and daily housekeeping.

During mealtimes, you will assist the chef with meal preparation and service. Using your natural flair for entertaining, you will host the evening meals whilst engaging with the guests and creating a real dinner party atmosphere.

You will be working alongside the chef in an open plan kitchen and so to be able to work well together under pressure is important.

As a source of information for our guests, you will be the first point of contact for any guest queries, providing information about the chalet, resort and ski areas.

Overall, we want you to make sure that your guests are having the best holiday possible by going the extra mile and exceeding guests’ expectations.

We want you to think of the chalet as your own business – something to be proud of whilst being the face of Cold Fusion and so we are looking for mature, independent applicants who appreciate this opportunity.
