What you will be doing
You will work in one of our Resort offices in Lapland, in order to support our Ingham's and Santa’s Lapland programmes with mandatory administrative duties that must be completed throughout the employment of our staff in Finland. These will include among others:
Assist with start of season paperwork, completed upon the arrival of staff in resort
Ensure Staff working hours are correctly recorded on the working time recording system and processed for payroll
Communicate with Overseas Managers & Area Managers in any instances where staff hours appear to have been recorded incorrectly
Liaise with Resort Managers to ensure all mandatory and regulatory paperwork is correctly completed, with help & support from the Mobility team based in the Head Office in the UK
Ensure all sickness and other leave is correctly recorded on the working time recording system and on the company’s HR system
Assist with other staff administration processes as required
Provide help, advice and support to your colleagues and managers as required, on matters related to any of the above
