As one of our carefully selected Hosts you will create an unforgettable holiday experience through delivering incredible customer service. Working alongside a Chef you will understand the customer’s needs while maintaining the chalet atmosphere and cleanliness to the highest standards. Hosting is a hugely rewarding role that involves understanding people, initiative, and personality.

Host Overview
• Create a warm relaxing atmosphere, understanding and anticipating the customer’s needs during their stay. Being attentive, knowledgeable of the local area and the Ski Armadillo product while delivering 5* service.
• Housekeeping: keeping the chalet to the highest standards, completing daily, transfer day and deep cleans throughout the season. Managing laundry and cleaning product stocks in your chalet.
• Taking responsibility in managing all aspects of your chalet; ensuring guest requests are met through excellent communication with your Chef and in resort management team. The highest health and hygiene standards need to be met and role related feedback completed weekly.

Who are we looking for?

Our Hosts need to need to be an EU passport holder and have previous experience working in hospitality or customer service roles. You will be a motivated, hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for an outgoing people person who revels in providing incredible experiences. If you are proactive and professional in your appearance and manor with a great sense of humour, we want you join the Ski Armadillo team.
