Description

We are looking for two, experienced chalet staff used to driving a minibus in winter Alpine conditions. You should be able to demonstrate a good general knowledge of ski season work. The job will involve collecting guests from the airport and ferrying them to and from the lifts each day, some housekeeping duties and, if you have the experience, some breakfasts. Good, affable customer skills are important along with a passion for skiing.

Accommodation, a ski pass and ski hire for the season (if you need it) are included; a French CDD saisonnier or an equivalent UK contact is available (rate to be agreed dependent upon experience).

We are a large catered chalet near Châtel in the Portes de Soleil. Facilities include a large hot tub, bar billiards and darts area, large lounge floor balcony overlooking the mountain, table tennis, heated boot rack and UK TV.

Requirements

Experience required:

Over 25 driving license for mimium3 years
Experience of driving a minibus in winter conditions on mountain roads
Strong level of the importance of good quality food preparation and cooking
Strong service ethos with good, front-of- house experience; affable.
Being organized, efficient workers, good time managers and communicators
Understanding that you may have to go the extra mile
