Spend the ski season working in Zermatt!
We are currently recruiting Chalet Hosts and Assistant Chalet Managers to work in our luxury chalets this winter.
You will be responsible for looking after our guests during their stay and ensuring that the chalet is kept to a high standard. Duties include house-keeping, dinner and breakfast service, making drinks, assisting the chef with breakfast and supper preparation. You will also be responsible for ensuring the chalet has a warm, welcoming and cozy ambiance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the season in one of the best skiing areas in the world!

Requirements
Applicants must have previous hospitality or resort experience, and excellent customer service skills.
You must also hold a European passport, UK Nationals cannot be employed unless they hold an additional EU passport also.
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- Cleaning and service experience.
- Good inter-personal skills and previous management experience
- A second language preferred
- Highly self motivated and ready to work within a team and individually when needed
- Ability to adapt to all guest requests and think on your feet
- Excellent organization/time management and interpersonal skills
- Highly professional
