Chef & Host couple
We are a small Luxury chalet company with 17 houses in the resorts of La Tania, Le Praz and 1650 Moriond in the Courchevel valley of the Three Valleys ski area in France, we are lucky to have a high level or return staff each season and we hope this reflects our quality of package offered to our team. We employ experienced hosts to ensure the smooth running of company throughout the winter. We are looking to add to our return staff team for the following winter.
Our contracts are French CDD seasonal contracts with accommodation available, we offer 2 days off per week and our accommodation is of a high standard within the resort near the piste. Chef Position-
We are looking for experienced chefs to join our small team and to be an integral part of our luxury chalet company. Fine food is at the heart of Alpine Escape and the team are recognised for their individual flare, with each chef bringing new ideas and skills to each winter season.
You will be required to provide an exemplary five day menu to our discerning guests. Together with your experienced chalet host you will manage your chalet: designing a hearty breakfast menu and varied and sumptuous 4-course meals, keeping high standards of cleanliness throughout the chalet, controlling stocks and weekly budgets and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will receive a high food and wine budget to enable you to create individual and interesting dishes.
Chalet host-
The host will need to have impeccable standards and attention to detail, they run the chalet and look after the guests. Together with the chef you will manage your chalet, keeping high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout, serving breakfast, dinner and drinks, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients. In return we will give you structured support and guidance within a small dedicated team.

Requirements
For the chef - significant experience in professional kitchens, sous or CDP
For the host - experience in hospitality desirable but not essential.
